Objective

In 2019, during the pre-COVID year, a multinational pharmaceutical corporation planned to organise a series of roundtable events for cardiologists in the Baltic countries.

Solution

Vivanti’s Ask-n-Go platform perfectly suited the project’s requirements and format. The client appreciated its functionality, intuitive interface, and chose it as the technical solution for the project.

Each roundtable involved the analysis of a real clinical case and consisted of the following stages:

Participants received tablets with an interactive presentation describing the clinical case, including medical history, test results, images, videos, and other necessary information.
Each physician anonymously diagnosed and proposed therapy for the patient.
The program compiled the physicians’ responses into summary statistics, displayed by the moderator on a shared screen.
The session concluded with a discussion of the results and proposed diagnoses and therapies with the event’s lead (KOL, a recognized opinion leader in cardiology).

The project's goals were:

To significantly contribute to the level of training of cardiologists.
To highlight the importance of modern approaches to treating heart patients based on the latest European guidelines.
To enhance the client company’s reputation in the eyes of the medical community.
To receive positive feedback from participating physicians.
To establish relationships with KOLs for future projects.

The client deemed the roundtable project for cardiologists unequivocally successful: physicians appreciated this visual and interactive educational format, which facilitated discussions, knowledge exchange among peers, and insights from KOLs, eagerly anticipating the next roundtable session.
